What
Music on the Green is more than the name suggests - it's a village event with something for everyone - all in aid of a good cause, (East Anglia's Children's Hospice). Here's what is on offer during the day:
- Live music on two stages. For music information see our bands page
- Food and refreshments
- Rides and amusements for children
- Stalls from various local organisations and independent retailers
- Stalls & Car Boot Sale
Of course one key objective is raising money for EACH. Throughout the day we'll be holding 'speed raffles' with great prizes to be won, most likely every couple of hours or so. This year's raffle prizes include -
- Audi TT driving experience
- A bicycle
- BT Telephone
- A large teddy
- Vouchers for the Douglas Bader

When
Music on the Green 2012 kicks off at 10:30am and delivers live music until 10:30 pm.

More Information
We'd like to make a few requests for the day; firstly please no bikes or dogs (apart from guide dogs).
Alcohol is allowed onto the site in moderation. We allow a maxium of 6 cans per person or equivalent. Glass is not permitted so for example wine must be decanted from bottles first. There is an area set aside for free car parking at the south of the green.
